There will be a multitude of events to celebrate Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Homecoming week, including: the Â鶹¹ÙÍøAA Alumni Honors Celebration on Thursday, October 23; a Homecoming Fireworks Celebration at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Sailing Center on Friday, October 24; and gameday activities on Saturday, October 25 that include the annual Homecoming Parade at 11 a.m., an Alumni Association Tailgate, and the National Panhellenic Council Reunion Tailgate.
Homecoming also sees the annual Monarchs Give Back food drive, spearheaded by Â鶹¹ÙÍø President Brian O. Hemphill, Ph.D. and First Lady, Marisela Rosas Hemphill, Ph.D.Â
The time for the 2025 Homecoming football game will be announced in accordance with the 12-day window prescribed by the Sun Belt Conference’s partnership with ESPN.

Monarchs Give Back
Monarchs Give Back is an annual food drive, led by Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s First Lady, Marisela Rosas Hemphill, Ph.D., to benefit Norfolk Public School students and the , which is available to currently enrolled Â鶹¹ÙÍø students.
Looking Back at 2023
Â鶹¹ÙÍø marked Homecoming 2023 with a wide range of activities catering to both students and alumni. The festivities featured events such as paw painting, a distinguished alumni dinner, tailgating and football game.
