

Interested in wearable tech and sleep research?
We’re looking for participants for a study on heart rate variability (HRV) during sleep.
What’s involved:
Wear an Apple Watch, Oura Ring, WHOOP band, and Polar heart strap while you sleep—for two nights
Devices provided
Report your HRV and sleep data each morning
Compensation:
You’ll receive $10 for completing both nights of data collection.
Eligibility:
Must be 18+
Able to sleep with wearable devices for two consecutive nights
Own an iPhone
Have a ring size between 6 and 12
